Refund policy

 

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

It must also be sent in the original packaging, as far as possible, and in any case packed as it arrived to you, in the best condition and in a safe and secure manner. We will not be able to guarantee the return of a product that was shipped improperly packaged.

It is not possible to make an exchange. If you want a different product, you will have to return it first and then make a new purchase.

For any return you must first contact us at: admin@houseofquintana.com, indicating name and surname, the e-mail with which the order was placed and the order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of your refund approval.

 


Damage, exchanges, returns and refunds

If during shipping the product has been damaged, broken, etc., we will offer you a return and consequent refund of your money. In any case, you must accompany your request with photos proving the damage of the product and you must also indicate on the signed delivery note to the carrier the damaged package.

If you prefer, we will send you a new one, and if it is a single piece, we will exchange it for another product or a voucher. Otherwise, you can ask for a refund.

We will only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not fall under this policy.
