RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy under the following terms:

1. Return Period:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. For any return you must first contact us at: admin@houseofquintana.com, indicating the following details and we will answer as soon as posible:
    • Name and surname
    • E-mail with which the order was placed
    • Order number
2. Returns within Europe:
    • We offer free returns in Spain.
    • For European Union customers, we offer an easy return process with a pre-paid return label.
    • A deduction of €15 will be made from the total refund amount to cover the return shipping cost.
3. Returns from the United States:
    • Customers in the United States are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Please send the product to the following address within the established period:

4. Condition of Returned Items: 
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We will not be able to guarantee the return of a product that was shipped improperly packaged.
5. Exchanges: 
It is not possible to make an exchange. If you want a different product, you will have to return it first and then make a new purchase.

6. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
